How To Get Mother's Inked Diablo 4 In-Game Title

As the hype for Diablo 4's release on 6 June 2023 continues to build, Nephalem across the globe are waiting for the Server Slam beta to begin, as most will get their first taste of the new ARPG from Blizzard ahead of release. Another thing you could possibly do ahead of Diablo 4's release is earn an in-game title called Mother's Inked.

This guide explains exactly how Diablo 4 fans can get the Mother's Inked in-game title to use once the game releases, so let's get started.

Diablo 4 Mother's Inked Title: How To Get

To get the Mother's Inked in-game title for Diablo 4, you will need to get a tattoo in real life. Specifically, you will need to get a tattoo during the Hell's Ink Tattoo Shop Takeover 2023 event, which is exclusive to the US this time around.

Therefore, we suspect it is impossible to get the Mother's Inked title for those in the rest of the world unless you plan on traveling to the US to get a tattoo...

For a chance to win a custom Diablo tattoo, you will have to use the hashtag #DiabloHellsInk and the hashtag of the Hell’s Ink takeover city closest to you (#LV, #PIT, #DAL) and share it on social media via  Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram.

Winners will be contacted directly, and submissions are open from 1 to 7 February 2023. Artists at each stop will have an assortment of unique Diablo flash tattoos available for the day for those who don't win a custom tattoo.

Any Other Ways To Get Mother's Inked Title in Diablo 4?

At the time of writing, there is no other way to get the Mother's Inked title in Diablo 4 except for getting a permanent tattoo during the Hell's Inked 2023 event. 

We believe this will remain unchanged as Blizzard should definitely not sell (as a cosmetic) or provide any other way to get the Mother's Inked title in Diablo 4 since this will completely annihilate the exclusivity of this in-game title.
