Since the Diablo 4 Update 2.0 PTR, much has changed, and you’ll still see many people sharing the old stats of Runes, old effects, and Offering costs. Blizzard even removed a handful of Runes completely, as they didn’t make it into the Vessel of Hatred launch.

Remember, you must have the Vessel of Hatred expansion installed to gain access to Runewords. The feature is unlocked during the Vessel of Hatred campaign, so those with only the base Diablo 4 game cannot collect or use Runes in any way, shape, or form.
