Diablo 4 has 13 Unique items that any character class can use. Just like the Sorcerer, Rogue, Necromancer, and Druid, the Barbarians also get eight (8) Unique items specific to their class that only they can wield to destroy the followers of Lilith

Uniques only start dropping on World Tier 3 (Nightmare) difficulty, and more possible drops unlock on World Tier 4 (Torment). Yes, against popular belief from early playtests, you can equip more than one unique item at a time, as we found during our review period and tested again via the Early Access launch.

Below the image of the Ancients' Oath, you will find a list of Barbarian Uniques to farm.
