As we approach the release of Diablo 4, the developers over at Blizzard are introducing the "Support a Streamer" initiative, which will see Twitch Drops made available for the game. If you're an avid Twitch or Diablo 4 fan, then this news will have you quite excited and wanting to know more.
So to set you up with all the relevant information, this article will cover everything you need to know about the Diablo 4 Twitch Drops. We will also cover the rewards up for grabs and how to earn them for yourself.
Diablo 4 Twitch Drops: How To Earn Rewards
As mentioned previously, Blizzard has recently revealed the Support a Streamer program, which grants the opportunity to subscribe to your preferred streamers (given they are playing Diablo 4 and have activated drops) to receive rewards. Moreover, even if you cannot subscribe, you can still earn rewards simply by watching the streams between the 5th of June and the 2nd of July, 2023.

As stated by the Diablo global community development director Adam Fletcher on Reddit: "Just chiming to say we will have standard viewing Drops requirements as well." This ultimately means that fans can look forward to tons of standard rewards such as cosmetics, and items that won't cost anything (except your time), to an exclusive new Mount that players can get for a small price, as we have discussed here.
Diablo 4 Twitch Drops: All Rewards Available
The Twitch drops for Diablo 4 will be split into four weeks over the duration of the Support a Streamer program (from the 5th of June to the 2nd of July), with each week offering its own rewards if you meet the watch criteria. So below we've broken down the Twitch Drops for each week, as well as the criteria you need to meet to claim them.
Week 1 Twitch Drops: Rogue and Necromancer
- Start Time: June 5, 4 p.m. PDT
- End Time: June 11, 11:59 p.m. PDT

To acquire the Azurehand Back-Stabber Dagger and Azurehand Heart-Piercer Sword Weapon Recolors, make sure to view a minimum of 3 hours of qualifying Diablo IV material during the duration of this Twitch Drop event. These weapon variations are perfect for your demon-slaying endeavors. If you continue watching for a total of 6 hours, you'll also receive the Matron-Sigil Coffer (Rogue) and Progenitor Favor (Necromancer) Back Trophy to showcase your achievements.

To obtain the Azurehand Spell-Slinger Wand Weapon Recolor, which is ideal for launching potent spells at your enemies, ensure that you watch a minimum of 3 hours of qualifying Diablo IV content during the active Twitch Drop event. If you maintain your viewing streak for a total of 6 hours, you'll also earn the Hellrune Tabernacle Back Trophy as a reward.
Week 3 Twitch Drops: Druid
- Start Time: June 19, 12 a.m. PDT
- End Time: June 25, 11:59 p.m. PDT

To acquire the Azurehand Head-Cleaver Weapon Recolor, renowned for its effectiveness in beheading demons, make sure to watch a minimum of 3 hours of qualifying Diablo IV content during the ongoing Twitch Drop event. If you maintain your viewing duration for a total of 6 hours, you'll also be rewarded with the Font of the Mother Back Trophy.
Week 4 Twitch Drops: Barbarian
- Start Time: June 26, 12 a.m. PDT
- End Time: July 2, 11:59 p.m. PDT

To obtain the formidable Azurehand Skull-Crusher, a powerful weapon known for its ability to crush skulls, ensure that you watch a minimum of 3 hours of qualifying Diablo IV content during the currently active Twitch Drop event. If you continue enjoying the stream for a total of 6 hours, you'll also earn the prestigious Matriarch's Mantle Back Trophy as a token of your dedication.
*Please Note that after watching any eligible streamer for 3 hours, you must claim the corresponding reward prior to gaining progress toward the next reward.
