How To Craft Nightmare Sigils & Get Sigil Powder

You can craft Nightmare Sigils at the Occultist. This ability opens up after you've completed the campaign and entered World Tier 3 (Nightmare) difficulty following the completion of the Cathedral of Light Capstone dungeon. 

To get Sigil Powder to craft Nightmare Sigils in Diablo 4, you will need to salvage unwanted Sigils at the Occultist in the "Salvage" tab. It is as simple as that, but the material costs and different Nightmare Dungeon Sigil tiers are definitely not...

Nightmare Sigils are quite complicated, as there are 20 Sacred tiers and 80 Ancestral tiers. With every five tiers, the crafting costs in terms of Gold and Sigil Powder go up. Each batch has a bit of RNG; for example, if you craft a Nightmare Sigil for tier 1-5, you'll receive a random one in this range.

As you progress through the Nightmare Sigil tiers, creating higher-level ones, they will also add more random Nightmare Dungeon affixes into the mix, up to a maximum of five.
